‘How do you like your eggs in the morning?’

‘How do you like your eggs in the morning?’

When making my meal of dippy egg and soldiers I was amazed at how many meals you could actually make with just an egg and a piece of bread.

Poached eggs on toast, scrambled eggs on toast, eggy bread,  fried eggs, egg salad and so many more. All are extremely simple meals to make. With only 77 calories in one egg, they are one of the healthiest foods we have.

A good, healthy meal has always been a good omelette. They are always an easy meal to make when you have eggs left over in your fridge. Anything can go into an omelette, aubergine, ham, cheese, tomato, anything can go into an omelette and make it taste good.

These meals are all exceptionally cheap, especially for a student.
